We came in from out of town and the car was overheating. Luckily Dad was still open at 11:45 on a Saturday and he came outside right away to look into the issue. We were very low on coolant so he added some coolant to the car. Making our car much safer to drive back home the next day. Dad was very nice and went out of his way even after hours to look into the situation. I highly recommend anyone from the area and also out of town with car issues go ahead and pay Dad a visit. You won’t regret it!

One of the few things I miss about Macomb is a mechanic I can trust, who I know will not take advantage of me. That is why after making the thousand mile trip to Macomb the other day, my car is in Dad's care for some minor stuff that I noticed on the way! He has always done right by me and my family, his work is excellent, his prices fair, and he is totally trustworthy.

"Dad" at Dad's was AWESOME today!! Everyone should take their car there!! I was driving from Columbia,  Mo to Crystal Lake, IL & in Macomb (the halfway point), several warning lights came on in my car, & fortunately,  I was just passing Dad's, & he gave my car a quick diagnosis with a monitor & determined that it was still safe to drive, which offered great relief ro my daughter and I! It was "no charge"!! Who does that these days?? They are trying to make an honest living. Give them a shot! We have 3 cars, I'd bring them all to Dad's if we lived closer!  Thank you, "Dad"!!
